Few among us become slaves of the senses and few master the senses to lead their life physically and emotionally fit.

Balancing the senses for self-awakening is the goal of every individual and it’s possible only through controlling the temptation of our taste buds, equalising the pleasure of binge-watching and so much extra effort by mind and body for a holistic life.

The action of the human mind and body complement each other. When one is strong, the other automatically becomes fit.
